Agreement for Smart Mushroom Farming Partners
1. Acceptance of Terms
By accessing smartmushroomfarming.com, you agree to comply with these terms. Our services include the sale of mushroom spawn, training programs, and market lead access.
2. Payments and Lead Access
Market leads are provided at a rate of ₹399 per verified contact. Payments for leads and spawn orders are non-refundable once the data or product has been dispatched/delivered.
3. Shipping and Returns
Spawn is a living biological product. We ensure 100% contamination-free dispatch. If a proven quality issue occurs, we offer replacements. Return shipping of biological products is generally not accepted due to sensitivity.
4. Training Disclaimer
Our training provides expert knowledge, but success in mushroom farming depends on environmental control and diligent practice. We do not guarantee specific financial yields.
5. Limitation of Liability
Smart Mushroom Farming is not liable for crop failures due to improper substrate preparation or environmental mismanagement by the grower after the spawn has been delivered.
